Eagle Vista is a larger cabin kit version of its sister model Eagle Point, both made of solid Nordic spruce wood. In addition to recreational use, it can also be a stand-alone retail space or office, a hybrid home/business, a vacation home or a granny flat. It may also qualify as an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) in your area. See the ADU regulations link at the bottom of this listing. Eagle Vista looks good in urban areas where most traditional cabins might look out of place. This spacious cabin is also very energy efficient. The 2-3/4" thick wall planks are milled to dual T&G wind block pattern. Extra Roof Insulation Package is included with this model. For colder climates, we recommend either the 3-5/8" wall plank upgrade or the Extra Wall Insulation Package. Note that no filler material is included in the Insulation Package. The diagram is for purposes of showing how the layers should be assembled. Each Eagle Vista kit is custom made to your order. Outside walls layout cannot be changed but inside you can add windows and extra doors, and change the room sizes provided no load bearing walls are affected. You can also add wall planks and increase the room height. For full details of this model please see the spec sheet. Due to the size and height of this structure, we do recommend using a professional installation crew. Please note that we only ship to the contiguous 48 states and there is an additional delivery fee which cannot be added in the shopping cart. This must be paid separately by phone and depends on your zip code. Lastly, any required ferry trips or difficult terrain are the full responsibility of the buyer.

This cabin is NOT a stock model since most customers want modifications. Typical lead time from the first payment to delivery is 6-9 months. Payment schedule is 30% down at the time of order + 20% when the kit is ready at the factory overseas + balance of 50% prior to delivery in the U.S.
