Shipping and Handling

[Due to Covid-19, typical shipping times set forth herein do not apply.] Ordinarily orders are shipped within 14 business days (Monday thru Friday) after receiving a cleared payment. Orders with customization may take longer. Free shipping applies only to the contiguous 48 states exclusive of islands, difficult terrain or required ferry trips. FREE SHIPPING POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO ORDERS OVER 100 LBS. THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE, TYPICALLY $139 TO CONTRIBUTE TO SKYROCKETING SHIPPING COSTS. For saunas, sheds and cabin kits, the price will be higher and requires hiring carriers for local delivery once we have shipped to a freight terminal in your area.

Please note: "Pending or Processing" status on your order simply means we have received your order and payment. The next communication you will receive from us is an email or call regarding tracking information after your order has shipped. Pending does not mean that there is an issue with processing payment.  All orders must be paid in full before they are pending or processed.

FedEx or UPS Home Delivery is our standard shipping method within the US. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii nor do we make arrangements with freight forwarders.

For orders of 100 lbs or more, we also use LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) ground shipping method with the exception of cabin kits which are in a different category not subject to the terms set forth in this section. Please call us for estimated shipping times for cabin kits.

10 ft. and under items may first ship to a Freight Terminal near you. A local carrier will then pick up the item there and deliver it to your curbside. Deliveries to building sites may also be possible, as long as the road leading there is wide enough for the truck. This decision will be up to the carrier.

Currently we cannot ship to APO, FPO or P.O. box addresses and we do not ship C.O.D. After your order is shipped you will receive via email a tracking number. If you have any questions about the status of your order, you can always email us at customercare@allwoodoutlet.com or call us toll free at 800-985-8234.

Upon receipt of your order, please check the package to make sure no damage has occurred in transit. If your package is damaged, please refuse your order, indicate "damaged" on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately so that we can replace your order. We will take all steps necessary to insure that you have your replacement product as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped you are responsible for all fees incurred if you cancel the order.
