Shipping and Handling

[Due to Covid-19 conditions, typical shipping times set forth herein do not apply.] Ordinarily orders are shipped within 21 business days (Monday thru Friday) after receiving a cleared payment. Orders with customization may take longer. Shipping applies only to the contiguous 48 states exclusive of islands, difficult terrain or required ferry trips. FREE SHIPPING POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO ORDERS OVER 75 BS. THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE, TO CONTRIBUTE TO SKYROCKETING SHIPPING COSTS. Some orders , including those under 75 lbs, will have to be cancelled if shipping costs are excessive or exceed the product cost. 

For saunas, sheds and cabin kits, the price will be much higher. See Cabin Kit FAQ page and call for details.

Please note: "Pending or Processing" status on your order simply means we have received your order and payment. The next communication you will receive from us is an email or call regarding tracking information after your order has shipped. Pending does not mean that there is an issue with processing payment.  All orders must be paid in full before they are pending or processed.

FedEx or UPS Home Delivery is our standard shipping method within the US. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii nor do we make arrangements for you with freight forwarders.

Currently we cannot ship to APO, FPO or P.O. box addresses and we do not ship C.O.D. After your order is shipped you will receive via email a tracking number. If you have any questions about the status of your order, you can always email us at [email protected] or call us toll free at 866-218-5510.

Upon receipt of your order, please check the package to make sure no damage has occurred in transit. If your package is damaged, and the carrier is requiring your signature, please note the damage on any delivery documents you are asked to sign. DO NOT SIGN WITHOUT OPENING AND INSPECTING THE BOX FIRST.   Also, please contact us immediately so that we can advise regarding next steps which will include providing photos of the packaging and product. We will take all steps necessary to provide a replacement product or refund as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped you are responsible for all fees incurred if you cancel the order. That means costs of shipping to you, and costs of return shipping to us.
