Shipping and Handling

Orders are usually shipped within 3-4 weeks unless customization is requested which may extend the time needed.  All credit cards are charged at the time the order is placed.  It is not a 2 step process. "Pending or Processing" status on your order simply means we have received your order and payment has cleared. No further emails will be sent until your order is shipped, at which time we will send you an email with a tracking number. Be sure to check your spam folder too.  If you have any questions about the status of your order, you can always email us at [email protected] or call us toll free at 866-218-5510. All orders must be paid in full before they are shipped,  including additional shipping charges.

FREE SHIPPING POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO ORDERS 50 LBS OR MORE, LARGE DIMENSIONS, OR WHEN SHIPPING COST EXCEEDS 50% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE DUE TO THE ADDRESS.  There will be an additional charge which must be paid separately by phone prior to shipping. The shopping cart cannot calculate these costs.  Some orders , including those under 50 lbs will have to be cancelled if shipping costs are excessive or exceed the product cost.  To get a quote in advance and avoid cancellation as well as a transaction charge of 3.5%, please send us an email with your full address and link to the product you wish to order.

Shipping is available only to the contiguous 48 states exclusive of islands, difficult terrain or required ferry trips. No shipping to Canada, Alaska or Hawaii. We cannot ship to APO, FPO or P.O. Box addresses and we do not ship C.O.D. 

For saunas, sheds and cabin kits, the shipping price is calculated based on mileage. See Cabin Kit FAQ page,  and again, please email us for a quote.

We do not make arrangements for you with freight forwarders to ship large items outside the US.  We can deliver to the company of your choice for a fee.

Upon receipt of your order, please check the package to make sure no damage has occurred in transit. If your package is damaged, and the carrier is requiring your signature, please note the damage on any delivery documents you are asked to sign. DO NOT SIGN WITHOUT OPENING AND INSPECTING THE BOX FIRST.   Also, please contact us immediately so that we can advise regarding next steps which will include providing photos of the packaging and damage visible on the product. Do not discard until further instructions are given. We will then provide a replacement product or refund as soon as possible.

Once an order is shipped, you are responsible for all fees incurred if you cancel the order. That means costs of shipping to you, and costs of return shipping to us. For any questions regarding our Shipping and Handling Policy, please contact us by email at [email protected]
