Shipping and Handling
Orders are typically shipped within 7-10 days (Monday thru Friday) after receiving a cleared payment. Orders with customization may take longer. Free shipping applies only to the contiguous 48 states exclusive of islands or required ferry trips.
FedEx or UPS Home Delivery is our standard shipping method within the US (excluding Alaska, Hawaii). This service offers delivery to residences Tuesday-Saturday, 9am-8pm. Visit http://www.fedex.com/us/services/us/homedelivery/ for more details. Should you need expedited shipping service, there will be an extra charge but you may contact our customer support team to make arrangements.
We also use LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) ground shipping method for orders of 80 LBS or more.
12 ft. and longer items will typically first ship to a Freight Terminal near you. A local carrier will then pick up the item there and deliver it to your curbside. Deliveries to building sites may also be possible, as long as the road leading there is wide enough for a moving type truck. This decision will be up to the carrier.
Currently we cannot ship to APO, FPO or P.O. box addresses and we do not ship C.O.D. After your order is shipped you will receive via email a tracking number. If you have any questions about the status of your order, you can always email us at email@example.com or call us toll free at 800-985-8234.
Upon receipt of your order, please check the package to make sure no damage has occurred in transit. If your package is damaged, please refuse your order, indicate "damaged" on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately so that we can replace your order. We will take all steps necessary to insure that you have your replacement product as soon as possible.
