STANDARD PAYMENTS: AllwoodOutlet.com is using Authorize.net and Square all Credit Card processing. You will be directed to their website and we have no access to or control over your credit card account. All payments and refunds are processed through one of those two processors and are subject to their Terms and Conditions. We also accept credit card payments by phone. If you would like to process your payment by phone, please call 866-218-5510. All cancellations through no fault of Allwood are subject to a 3.5% transaction fee which will be deducted from your refund. Payments for items costing over $10,000 must be made by ACH, wire or cashier's check.
50% DEPOSIT OPTION FOR LARGE CABINS (for Allwood Factory Direct / Custom Built orders ONLY): Rather than paying the whole amount at the time of purchase, you have the option to pay a 50% Deposit. The Deposit is fully refundable if you cancel within ten (10) days from the date of Deposit. After that, the Deposit is no longer refundable since the item you purchased is being manufactured. The balance of 50% is payable as follows: 20% when the container ships from the factory in Europe and the balance of 30% when the cabin reaches the United States. We will let you know these due dates in advance. Please contact us if you want to use this Deposit Option with your purchase.
FINANCING: We are not able to offer financing at this time through our company or any others.
FAQ: Is my credit card data safe with AllwoodOutlet ? ANSWER: AllwoodOutlet will not have access to your credit / debit card data when you make an online purchase. You are actually transferred to either Authorize.net or Square in order to key in the credit/debit card information. One of those two processors keeps your credit/debit card data, not us.
