A number of folks asked us whether a separate sleeping room or bathroom can be added to the original Arlanda floor plan. So now we have a dividing wall with a door to this model which can be purchased as an option. This timeless urban design is an alternative to classic log cabin styled structures and is made of beautiful solid Nordic spruce wood. It works well in a variety of surroundings. This XL can also be set up on rooftops of multi story buildings. It can be used for a vacation home, guest house, ADU, or home office. Assembly of this product takes about 4-5 days with two handy adults. Directions come with the kit in the form of numbered drawings and only minimal tools are needed. Please note that we only ship to the contiguous 48 states and there is an additional delivery fee which cannot be added in the shopping cart. This must be paid separately by phone and depends on your zip code. Lastly, any required ferry trips or difficult terrain are the full responsibility of the buyer.
