The Escape is back after a hiatus for 2 years now that we found an even better manufacturer ! This was our most popular high quality multi purpose solid wood cabin. Versatile Escape can be your home office, yoga or music studio, wine tasting room, pool/lake house or a guest cottage. When your life changes, the end use of your Escape can change too. Extra wall planks (see the OPTIONS menu) can be added to create more headroom. Each layer adds @ 5" to the standard 6'4" wall height and the maximum is 2. Assembly of this solid wood cabin takes about 3 days with two handy adults. Instructions in the form of numbered drawings and a corresponding parts list come with the kit and only minimal tools are needed. Please note that we only ship to the contiguous 48 states and there is an additional delivery fee which cannot be added in the shopping cart. This must be paid separately by phone and depends on your zip code. Lastly, any required ferry trips or difficult terrain are the full responsibility of the buyer. Important:
Cabin Kit includes all the parts and hardware except the foundation materials under the floor joists (such as concrete blocks or timbers) and roofing shingles.
