Allwood Palma 3LUX is the new upgraded version of the popular Palma 3 model. Customers had inquired about adding a covered area for outdoor furniture and shade, so a 31-1/2" wide covered deck was added to the
front and east side of the structure. Like it's predecessor, Palma 3LUX
is a two room studio cabin kit made from high quality solid Nordic wood
with aluminum door frames, window frames and structural parts. This
hybrid model offers unparalleled versatility. The wall position between
the two rooms can be adjusted during the assembly or omitted entirely.
The 2nd room can be made into a full size bedroom or function as a
smaller bathroom or kitchen area. This timeless urban design is
an alternative to classic log cabin styled structures and works
well in a variety of surroundings. Versatile Palma 3LUX can also be set
up on rooftops of multi story buildings. Assembly of this solid wood
structure takes about 5 days for two handy adults. Directions in the form of numbered drawings and corresponding parts list come
with the kit and only minimal tools are needed. Please note that the
lighting and furnishings in the photos are not included and are design
suggestions only. The aluminum window and door frames will be black and the wood will be natural
in color. Please note that free shipping only applies to the contiguous 48 states.
