Arlanda XXL is an elongated version of the same popular Arlanda XL model cabin kit, both made of beautiful solid Nordic spruce wood. The added 45 SQF can be used as a bedroom. This timeless urban design is an alternative to classic log cabin styled structures. It works well in a variety of surroundings. It can be used as a guest house, home office, vacation home, granny flat or ADU. Just like the other Arlanda model, this XXL version can also be set up on rooftops of multi story buildings. We also have a dividing wall with a door to this model which can be purchased as an option. Assembly of this model takes about 5 days with two handy adults. Directions come with the kit in the form of drawings and only minimal tools are needed. Please note that we only ship to the contiguous 48 states and there is an additional delivery fee which cannot be added in the shopping cart. This must be paid separately by phone and depends on your zip code. Lastly, any required ferry trips or difficult terrain are the full responsibility of the buyer.
