There are many reasons to like this adorable Rascal. It has a large 41 SQF indoor area for all outdoor toys and activities. The dimensions are 5'11" deep by 7'2" wide. Height at apex is 7'5". The 25 SQF mini "Loft" is ideal for afternoon naps. Rascal is also designed with safety in mind. Plexiglas windows, inside ladder with grooved anti-slip steps, safety rail, factory sanded wood surfaces are just some of the features. The floor, wall and roof material are 5/8" thick chemical-free solid Tongue and Groove wood. Not OSB or particle board which warps and breaks if exposed to weather. Do it yourself directions come with the kit in the form of numbered drawings and parts list. Only minimal tools are needed.
