Allwood Eagle Point | 1108 Sqf cabin kit - SHIPPING COSTS APPLY

Eagle Point is a truly unique cabin kit model made of beautiful solid Nordic spruce wood. In addition to recreational use, it can also be a stand-alone retail space or office, a hybrid home/business, a vacation home or a granny flat. It may also qualify as an ADU (Accessory Dwelling  Unit) in your area. See the ADU regulations link at the bottom of this listing. Eagle Point design looks good in urban areas where most traditional cabins might look out of place. This spacious cabin can be customized to function as a primary residence. Extra Roof Insulation Package is included with this model. Note that filler and moisture block layers are not included. Its 2-3/4"  thick walls with dual T&G wind block pattern keep the utility costs affordable. For colder regions we recommend either the 3-5/8" wall plank upgrade or the Extra Wall Insulation Package. For other items and options please see the attached spec sheet. Due to the size and height of this structure, we do recommend using a professional installation crew. Please note that we only ship to the contiguous 48 states and there is an additional delivery fee which cannot be added in the shopping cart. This must be paid separately by phone and depends on your zip code. Lastly, any required ferry trips or difficult terrain are the full responsibility of the buyer.

What is not included: Final roofing materials such as shingles or tile. Foundation materials under timbers such as cinder blocks, for example. Estimated cost for those is aprx. $650 - $1,200 depending on the type of roof and the type of site.

This cabin is NOT a stock model since most customers want modifications. Typical lead time from the first payment to delivery is 6-9 months. Payment schedule is 30% down at the time of order + 20% when the kit is ready at the factory overseas + balance 50% prior to the delivery in U.S.
