Allwood Bella is a popular cottage styled kit cabin made from high quality solid Nordic spruce wood. The functional floor plan of 323 Sqf. (237 Sqf. downstairs + 86 Sqf. Loft) makes Bella ideal to be used as an elegant lake house, guest house, granny flat, beach or garden cottage or even a stand-alone retail building. With thicker than usual (2-3/4") wall planks, Bella is very energy efficient and well suited even for colder climates. Assembly of this solid wood cabin takes about 2 weeks for two handy adults. Directions come with the kit in the form of numbered drawings and corresponding parts list. Only minimal tools are needed. This is not a stock model and lead time is @4 months. Please note that shipping only applies to the contiguous 48 states. Any required ferry trips or difficult terrain are the full responsibility of the buyer.
