Returns/Cancellations

RETURNS:  (Excluding cabin kitS, saunas, playhouses AND SHEDS) You can initiate a return for new and unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. You must return all items in new or unused condition with all original packing materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our Shelby, North Carolina location for shipping and return merchandise. We inspect all returned items and provide a refund based on their condition for resale. Customized products are not eligible for refund at all unless you provide proof of receiving them in damaged condition, see below. At our discretion, we may also issue a partial refund depending on condition of merchandise.  Listing images do not represent the actual product you will receive, including number of lamella strips in a table top, and this is not grounds for a return or refund. 

CANCELLATIONS:  If you cancel an order, you are responsible for all shipping costs to and from your address if the item has been shipped. In all cancellations, regardless whether the item has shipped, you will be responsible for all credit card processing fees we have incurred for the transaction and refund, as these fees are being charged to us.  

BUYER OBLIGATION FOR INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY: ANY ITEMS DELIVERED BY LTL/3RD PARTY CARRIERS MUST BE INSPECTED BEFORE YOU SIGN FOR THEM AND NOTES OF DAMAGE MUST BE ON THAT DOCUMENTIf you sign for and accept a package/pallet without inspecting it, you will have waived your right to a refund because we have no recourse against the third party carrier. All claims are being denied absent notes of damage upon delivery. If you receive an item that you were not required to sign for, and you change the original condition of the item without sending photos to us first of damage, you will also have waived your right to a return or refund.

 

Defective or Damaged Product and Returns Due to Our Error

You may return defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received without penalty subject to the conditions stated above including 15 days.  In that wood is a natural material, it will have variations and defects that are not considered "damage."  

    Products Not Eligible For Return (but can be exchanged if they arrived damaged while in transit)

    • Island / Counter / Table tops cut to custom size
    • Island / Counter / Table tops with routed edges
    • Cabin kits, saunas, playhouses and sheds are subject to a SEPARATE return policy set forth in the section entitled "Buyers's Guide, Cabin Kit FAQ and Terms and Conditions." 
    • Warped table tops due to failure to seal all surfaces within 7 days of receipt or due to climate conditions such as humidity or high/dry heat.
